This page shows who actually lives in the city: your rivals, your future allies, and the poor souls who don’t know they’re a target yet. You can browse all residents, sort them by power, and quickly see who’s alive, who’s dead, and who might be worth a closer look. From here you jump to profiles, families, and send friend requests.
At the top you pick how the list is sorted. You can switch between rank points and account points, depending on whether you care more about pure progression or long-term account power. On the right you can filter by status: only alive, only dead, or everyone in one big list.
The table itself shows position, name, family tag, rank title and status badge. Clicking on a name opens that player’s profile. Clicking on a family line (if present) sends you straight to that family’s page. If you are not looking at yourself, you may see a button to add the player as a friend. Once a request is sent, the status changes to pending, and when accepted it shows as friend.

Why do some names look slightly different or highlighted?
Certain residents are styled differently to reflect things like same family, your own character, or family colors. It is a subtle way to show who is “yours”, who is close to you, and who is just another face in the crowd. The city keeps track of who you belong to, even if you pretend to be neutral.
Why can I not add some players as a friend?
If the button is missing or disabled, a few things might be going on. You might already be friends, your request might still be pending, or the player has blocked or restricted interactions. In rare cases the system prevents friend requests temporarily, for example during maintenance or while data is still loading.
What is the real use of this page besides curiosity?
This is your address book for trouble. You can scout high-rank targets, find active players to work with, track families that grow too fast, and quickly jump to profiles for spying or planning. The residents page is less about pretty numbers and more about knowing who walks your streets.
