This is your little real-estate empire. Every property you own is listed here, along with what it costs per day to keep the lights on. Daily service fees are automatically deducted from each property’s vault. If a vault runs low, you’ll get a warning before your staff decides they’ve had enough.
If you own properties, you’ll also see everything related to maintenance workers. You hire them using the cash you carry. After that first payment, their daily salary comes straight out of the property’s vault. If that vault is empty, they walk out. Simple as that.
Every property card shows the city, name, image and any warnings. Inside each card you can open sections like Maintenance, Property Details, Upgrades, Safehouse, Garage and Storage. If you’re in the same city as the property, you can open it. If you’re not, the button stays disabled and the door stays shut.
