What are inventory items?
Inventory items are special pieces of gear that give gameplay bonuses when equipped.
You can own many items, but only two can be equipped at the same time.
Items include:
Vintage gear (Pocket Watch, Lockpicks, Compass, Rare Coin, Canvas Bag)
Upgraded items (Special and Very Rare versions)
How do I get items?
You can obtain items in several ways:
Crimes & Car Theft: Small chance to drop vintage items
Crew Jobs: Some jobs reward items
Workshop: Upgrade 20 base items into a Special version
World Boss Events: Can reward items
Marketplace: Buy items from other players
How do item bonuses work?
Items must be equipped to work
You have two special item slots
Unequipped items give no bonuses
Bonuses do not stack
You cannot equip the same item type twice
Active effects are shown under Active Benefits on the Inventory page.
Item bonuses (overview)
Pocket Watch: +5% crime success
Lockpicks: +15% car theft success
Vintage Compass: +20% crime money
Rare Coin: 5% chance to be caught
Canvas Bag: +10 kg carrying capacity
Diamond: +5% smuggle money
World Boss Trophy: +10% damage & healing in Boss Assaults
Special & Very Rare items
Special items are created in the Workshop by upgrading 20 base items
Very Rare items can drop as a bonus if you have a Very Rare Coin equipped
Very Rare items provide powerful, unique effects
Theft risk
Items can be stolen via pickpocketing
To stay safe, store valuable items or keep them unequipped
