The Manage Your Members page is where the leadership actually runs the crew. No ceremony, just people in or out, capos set up, and everyone’s status in one place.
At the top you see the join requests. Every line is a player who clicked to join your family. Their name opens their profile, so you can check who you are dealing with before you decide anything. The requested time tells you how long their request has been waiting. Accept pulls the player straight into your family. Decline removes the request and leaves the player out in the cold. Once you act, the request disappears from the list.
Below that, you manage your invites. Open invites shows every player your family has already invited but who has not accepted yet. If someone is no longer welcome or simply not responding, you can withdraw the invite with one click. At the bottom you can send a new invite by typing a username and hitting the invite button. If the name exists and that player is not already in another family, they will see your offer in their own interface.
The Capos and Caporegimes section is where you build your structure. Current capos shows each active capo with their chosen crew name and the number of members under them. Inside a capo card you see their regime members, their loyalty percentage and a small bar that visualises that loyalty. If a member is disgraced, this is shown next to the percentage so you know who is on thin ice. From here you can remove a member from a capo without kicking them from the family, which frees them to be assigned to a different regime later. You can also remove a capo entirely, which drops their regime and returns those members to the general pool.
If you still have free capo slots, you can add a new capo. You pick one of your existing family members from the dropdown and give their regime a name. Once you confirm, that player becomes a capo and can receive members. If capo assignments are locked, you will see a warning with the remaining lock time and the add capo button is disabled until the cooldown ends. When there are both available members and active capos, you can assign members to a specific capo. Select a member, select a capo and confirm. The member will move into that caporegime and will show under that capo card.
At the bottom you see the overview of all members in your family. Each line shows the username, possible leadership role tags like Don, Consigliere or Sottocapo, and their rank. The status text tells you if someone is online now, when they were last seen, or if they have never logged in since joining. You also see if their street muscle protection is currently on or off. The loyalty line shows their effective family loyalty, including any penalty if they are disgraced, plus a bar that fills according to that percentage. If you are a leader and the member is not part of the core top three and not yourself, you can kick them from the family using the button on the right. That removes them from your family entirely.
This page does not handle salaries, perks or bank money. It is strictly about people: who wants in, who you invite, who runs a regime and who still deserves a chair at the table.
FAQ
Who can use the Manage Your Members page?
Only family leaders. Regular members never see join requests, invites, capo tools or the kick buttons here.
What happens when I accept or decline a join request?
Accept immediately adds that player to your family and removes their request from the list. Decline simply clears the request; the player stays familyless or with their current family if they joined one in the meantime.
What is the difference between inviting a player and accepting a join request?
A join request starts from the player, who asks to join your family. An invite starts from you and offers that player a spot. Both can end with the same result, but invites appear in the player’s own interface as an offer, while join requests appear in your list as something to approve or reject.
What does the loyalty bar under members actually represent?
It shows their current family loyalty percentage, including any penalty if they are disgraced. A higher value means they are more stable and less likely to walk away or be seen as unreliable in family mechanics tied to loyalty.
If I remove a capo or move members, do I lose anyone?
No. Removing a capo only removes the role and the regime; those members stay in the family and move back to the general pool. Removing a member from a caporegime also keeps them in the family, they just no longer belong to that capo. You only lose someone completely if you kick them from the family in the All Members section.
