Manage

The Manage Your Family page is the control panel for leaders. Everything here changes how your crew is organized, protected and paid. Every button on this page directly affects your family, so use it like a Don, not like a tourist.

At the top you see feedback messages. When you submit a form, success messages appear in green and errors in red. If nothing changes after you click a button, always read that line first: it tells you if your tokens were invalid, your bank was too low or your input was missing.

Only leadership can use this page. If you are not a Don, Consigliere or Sottocapo, you will see a short notice and the page stops there. That is on purpose: members can look at the family, but they cannot rewire it from this screen.

The Local Mob panel shows how much attention the local NPC family has on your crew. The text explains which mob is watching and in which city. Below that you see a status line with a percentage and label, like 35% calm or 82% furious. The bar color and label come from the anger level. The more hostile actions your family takes during the time window, the higher this percentage climbs. At 100% their fury triggers a heavy attack on your spots. There are no buttons here; this section is pure information so you can decide when to cool down your activity.

The Family Members and Rankings block lists your members in order of internal position. Each row shows a username and a rank number like #1, #2, #3. Clicking a username opens the player’s profile. Use this list when you want to assign leadership roles, roles for unlocks or when you need to see who is high in the internal ranking.

Leadership Roles lets the Don rearrange the top of the pyramid. Each role (Don, Consigliere, Sottocapo) gets a dropdown with all family members. The current holder is shown in the label, with a clickable name that jumps to their profile. To change a role, pick a new username from the dropdown and hit Update Leadership. For Consigliere and Sottocapo there is an extra Remove button that clears the role entirely. The Don cannot be removed this way, only replaced by another member. If you are not the Don, you only see a short message telling you that only the Don can change leadership.

Family Unlocks is where you spend family bank money on permanent upgrades and timed roles. Each unlock tile shows a title, description, cost and an action button. If the unlock has not been purchased, you see a form with a cost label, description, optional auto-renew checkbox and a button. If the family bank balance is too low, the purchase button is disabled and shows “not enough money”. If the unlock is permanent, you buy it once and from then on you see a green owned message instead of the form. For timed unlocks like Steel Handler, Garage Master and IRS Protection, the card shows how long the effect stays active and lets you configure auto renew plus the assigned member. Auto renew tells the game to buy the unlock again when it expires, directly from the family bank. Assigned member selects who receives that daily role benefit. All unlock spending is paid from the family vault, never from personal balance.

The Alliances & Enemies section controls your diplomatic status. On the left side is everything related to allies. Current Allies shows each allied family with a Remove button. Removing an ally ends that relationship. Incoming Alliance Requests lists offers from other families, including their message and when it was sent. You can Accept to become allies or Decline to refuse. Outgoing Alliance Offers shows the requests you sent to others, with a Cancel Offer button if you change your mind. At the bottom you find the form to send a new alliance request: choose a family from the dropdown (only families that are not already allies, enemies or in a pending request) and add an optional message up to 500 characters. Clicking Send Request creates a pending offer and notifies their leadership.
On the right side you manage enemies. Current Enemies lists each hostile family with a Remove button if you want to end the enemy status. Below that is Add New Enemy. You select a family from the dropdown and click Add Enemy to mark them as hostile. Families cannot be both ally and enemy at the same time, so the dropdown hides those that are already linked to you.

Change Log is the audit trail for your crew. This list shows who joined, who left and which role changes were made, including who performed the action and the exact timestamp. Join and leave events are written as joined the family or left the family. Role moves are shown as moved from X to Y. This is where you go when you want to trace sudden power shifts or explain why someone ended up in a different position.

Family Salaries configures the hourly envelopes. Three fields control the payouts: Capo payout, Top 3 payout and Member payout. Values are amounts per hour. Every hour the system tries to pay the top roles and members in a fixed order using the family bank. If there is not enough money, some or all salaries fail for that hour. Clicking Update Payouts saves new amounts. Use zeros if you do not want to pay that group.

Leave Cost sets the price a member must pay to leave the family. The number you enter becomes the standard leave money taken from the member. The Update Leave Cost button saves the new amount. This works as a deterrent or a loyalty test, depending on how expensive you make it.

Delete Family is only visible to the Don. It shows a red warning and a Delete Family button. Clicking it sends a request to disband the family completely. All members are removed from the family, the structure is wiped and this action cannot be undone. This is the nuclear option, meant only for when you are absolutely done with this crew.

FAQ

Who can use the Manage Your Family page?
Only family leaders can access this page. Regular members will see a short message and no controls. The full set of tools is visible to Don, Consigliere and Sottocapo, but only the Don can change leadership roles and delete the family.

How do I change leadership roles without breaking things?
Use the Leadership Roles section. For each role, pick a new username from the dropdown and click Update Leadership to confirm. The current holder is shown in the label so you see exactly who you are replacing. Consigliere and Sottocapo can also be cleared with the Remove button. The Don can only be swapped, not emptied, and only the current Don is allowed to save changes here.

How do family unlocks, auto renew and assigned members work?
Each unlock is bought from the family bank. Permanent unlocks are paid once and then stay active forever for that family. Timed unlocks show an active-until date and optionally an auto-renew checkbox. If auto renew is on, the game automatically pays for a new period when the old one expires, as long as the family bank has enough money. Some timed unlocks let you assign a member in a dropdown; that is the player who receives the role’s benefit until you change or remove the assignment.

What do salaries, leave cost and delete family actually do?
Salaries are hourly payouts from the family bank to leaders and members based on the amounts you set. If the vault is too low, some envelopes fail for that hour. Leave cost is the fee a member pays when they decide to leave the family, using the amount you set in the Leave Cost section. Delete family is a final action that disbands the family, removes every member from it and closes down all family structures. Once confirmed by the Don, it cannot be reversed.
