The familybank is where the crew’s money stops being “mine” and starts being “ours”. Only leaders touch this screen, so if you’re here, you’re the one holding the keys to the vault.
At the top you see the bank summary: the current family balance and how many members are in the crew. This is your quick health check. If the balance is low and the headcount is high, you know envelopes and splits will hit harder.
On the right you manage the money. “Transfer to Member” lets you send cash from the family bank to a single player. You type their username, set the amount and hit the button. The tax note underneath shows how much the bank pays and how much the member actually receives. The tax is fixed; if you increase the amount, both numbers update so you can see the real cost before you confirm.
Below that, “Split Between Members” lets you send one amount evenly to all current family members. You enter the total, and the page shows what each member would get. The number of members is taken from your current roster, so if the family grows, each cut gets smaller unless you increase the total. Just like the transfer, the split can never go above the money that’s actually in the vault.
The transaction history at the bottom is your paper trail. Every move shows up there: type of action, amount, who it went to and when it happened. Positive rows are green, negative rows are red, so you can quickly see what drained the bank and what filled it. If someone asks “where did the money go?”, this is where you point.
The whole page works in real time: if the family bank doesn’t have enough to cover a transfer or a split, the action fails and nothing is taken. As long as the vault has cash and you know what each button does, you’re in full control of how the crew’s money moves.
FAQ
Who can use the family bank page?
Only family leaders. Regular members can’t access or control these options.
Does the transfer to member always apply tax?
Yes. Every transfer from the family bank to a player uses the same tax rule. The note under the button shows the cost for the bank and the amount the member receives.
What happens if I try to send or split more than the bank balance?
The action fails. No money leaves the bank and you get a message that there isn’t enough in the vault.
Does the split count only active members or everyone in the family?
It uses the current list of family members. Everyone counted there gets the same share when you confirm the split.
Why don’t I see a transaction in the history?
Only successful actions are logged. If a transfer or split was blocked by low balance or invalid input, it won’t appear in the history.
