Use this form to request the permanent deletion of your entire Pentito account under the GDPR/AVG right to erasure. A deletion request may take up to two weeks before processing is initiated. Once completed, the deletion cannot be reversed and all progress, characters, possessions, and items purchased with real money will be lost.
This form is not intended to reset your progress or to start over with a new account. Misuse of this form, including false or abusive deletion requests, may result in a permanent ban from the entire game.
Identity and security verification
If you submit a deletion request from an IP address that has not previously been used with your player account, we may ask for additional information. If we cannot sufficiently verify that the request was made by the account owner, the request may be refused to protect our players.
